1. 2019 FECC Summer Conference will take place on August 30–September 1 (Friday – Sunday) at Calvary Chapel Conference Center in Murrieta Hot Springs. We have invited Dr. Isaac Chen (Mandarin), Rev. Zephaniah Yu (Cantonese), Dr. Richard Cook (English), and Angela Woo (children) to serve as plenary speakers. There will be excellent workshops and fun activities for the whole family. You can access online registration at fecc.us/summerconference.
To encourage more people to attend our Summer Conference, our Early Bird Registration has been extended for one more week. Be sure to sign up and make your payment by today to enjoy the discounted rate.
2. A Mandarin Pastor Search Committee has been appointed to find a suitable shepherd for the Mandarin noon congregation. If you have any suggestions, contact Brother Kei-Fung at keifunglau@gmail.com. Pray that the Lord will send a suitable shepherd to us.

1. Welcome to our worship service! We are honored that you are here this morning to worship together with us. We celebrate what God has done in and for us through His Son Jesus Christ. We also want to welcome our Sr. Pastor, Pastor Lao, as he shares the message this morning with us.
2. FECC Summer Conference, Friday to Sunday, Aug. 30 – Sept. 1: this year’s Summer Conference will be held at the Calvary Chapel Conference Center in Murrieta Hot Springs. This year’s speaker is Professor Rick Cook of Logos Evangelical Seminary. In order to encourage you to attend, the Early Bird fee deadline has been extended to August 18. You can register online at fecc.us/summerconference.
3. Back to School: this morning, we want to pray and bless all of our students; may God bless them as they enter a new a new school year. May they continue to grow in all areas of life and become the kind of person God has created them to be.
4. Prayer Requests: (1) For our students who are starting a new school year; (2) for the FECC Summer Conference; (3) for the cities and families of Gilroy, CA, El Paso, TX, and Dayton, OH as they heal from the tragedies of the last two weeks; (4) God’s leading and provision for our congregation.
